I have a 2003, 2300 full size van.  It is a base line model. The dome lights refuse to come on.  I cannot manually turn them on or off, or with the doors. I checked the actual door triggers (-) at each door and it is grounding as needed. I cannot find the fuse for the dome. and there is no (+) at the light itself. There is a dome light supervisory system on it too I believe....  At the dome there is a black wire that is grounded and a blue/white wire that also shows ground?  any help  thanks.

You have checked the actual unit to see it is not indeed a Blown Lamp Bulb?

There are several lights in the van.  NONE will illuminate....   I did check the actual bulbs and the meter out good.  I'm not sure how the light system is integrated into the system,  It might be the module.

Ok I found the problem.   There is a fuse under the hood that was blown...  that did not mention anything about belonging to the dome light??  (thanks Chevy).  the BCM had fallen down out of its brackets and was rubbing on a metal brace under it.

thanks all

Glad things worked out. Not the first time I have seen a fuse unmarked affect several other circuits.
