im in the process of installing a rattler 369d in a 96 chevy blazer without a factory alarm of any kind.

the first issue is with the parking light circuit. in the manual it says to find the wire that is 0v with the switch in the off position and 12v when switch is on. in the blazer the switch is on the ground side and has 12v in off position and 0v when the lights are on. this is on the brown wire at the parking light switch. according to the vehicle wiring guide this is the correct wire. do i just tap into that wire or do i need a diode/relay/resistor to make it work properly?

next, i am stumped as to what kind of door lock/unlock circuit i have. and if i need to use a relay/resistors/diodes to get this 369D working.

any input is great.

thanks,
bryan

The Parking Light wire is there....It is Brown.  Make sure U R at the Light Switch
Door locks R 12 volt + (positive) Pulse
If the outputs from your Rattler is - ( negative ) Pulse, U WILL need Relays
