does anyone have aninstall guide to the astroflex remote starter? I have 2, 1000 series remote starters that were taken out of wholesale cars and were working when I took them out but as soon as the veh starts it shuts right off seems like I need to treach it the tach but can't find any docsumentation on it, I have been installinmg remote starters for 8 years off and on, but never had any problem with finding documation. THANKS

Set your dip switches in the following order.
1 = On
2-3-4 = Off
5-6-7 = On
8-9 = Off
Start the vehicle with the key, apply the brakes, watch the LED, it will blink the number of times there are cylinders for the model vehicle you are working on.
ie. 4, 6, 8 cylinder
This ends the auto tach learn procedure, if you require the PDF version of the manual, please provide your e-mail address and I will send you a copy.
