ok i did this caryesterday and i had a little trouble on its locks, all my info said it has negative pulse door locks and it is but when i connected my wires  i got unlock only no lock.  I knew that those were my wires so i took the lock wire and used my jumper wire to pulse it a direct ground and it locked so i ended up using a relay off the alarm on the lock wire. I was curious to know if anyone has done these cars before and seen the need of a relay on the lock wire to make work??? I got both my wires from a white plug in the center console behind the removable cassete compartment.

Those were the correct wires and should have worked as a negative pulse system without trouble. I've done a couple and haven't run into this. It's possible that the negative lock output on the alarm was weak. Though, logically, if it could activate the relay you added, it should have had no problem activating the factory lock relay. That's a good one. Hard to tell without getting in there and testing everything. Sounds like you got the install done and working so I guess that's what really matters :]
