I just bought a 2001 ford super duty f-250. I have a viper security on it. For some reason the driver side window won't roll up when I push the button. Sometimes I get it to roll back up. It goes down fine and the passenger side works fine. Took it back to the dealer and they said to fix it they have to rip out the whole alarm system. I don' t want to lose system. I don't know what model alarm system I have but it does roll the windows down if i push aux button

Think I would look for another Dealer.....  It would be a matter of Unhooking Window Module & hooking up wires back like they were.  They really don't need to touch Alarm.  Try taking it to a GOOD Alarm shop, U might even check it yourself:

Window UpDriver\ WHT/BLK
Pass\ WHT/YEL
Driver R\ GRY/ORG
Pass R\ YEL/BLK @ MAIN SWITCH
Window Down

Driver F/ TAN/BLU
Pass F/ TAN/BLU
Driver R/ YEL/BLU
Pass R/ RED / BLK

Chances are there's a bad channel on the window roll up module. They can replace the entire window module or if they used 2 window modules ( one for each window ) then they can replace just the driver side one. If you paid them to do it, get them to replace it, should be under warranty if it's been less than a year. If it's been more than a year, they should still help you replace the malfunctioning part.
