Hook up the (-) lock and unlockwire straight to the door lock wires of the Accord. Here is the diagram:

              12V|white               |+  |ignition harness            |
|          STARTER|BLACK/ white         |+  |ignition harness            |
|         IGNITION|BLACK / YELLOW        |+  |ignition harness            |
|        ACCESSORY|yellow              |+  |ignition harness            |
|       POWER LOCK|BLACK/ white         |-  |gray conn. above fuse       |
|     POWER UNLOCK|orange              |-  |box in blue tape            |
| PARKING LIGHTS +|RED / black *1        |   |blue plug fuse box          |
|       HEADLIGHTS|blue                |-  |blue plug left of column    |
|     DOOR TRIGGER|blk/wht             |-  |gray plug right of column   |
| DOME SUPERVISION|use door trigger    |   |                            |
|  TRUNK/HATCH PIN|orange              |-  |gray plug right of column   |
|       TACHOMETER|blue                |   |at distributor              |
|       BRAKE WIRE|GREEN / WHITE         |+  |brake switch                |
|     HORN TRIGGER|blu/red or grn/blu  |-  |steering column             |
|           WIPERS|blue                |-  |brown plug left of column   |
|  LF WINDOW UP/DN|RED / blu - RED / yel   |A  |in drivers door             |
|  RF WINDOW UP/DN|blu/yel - blu       |A  |driver door harness         |
|  LR WINDOW UP/DN|grn/blu - grn       |A  |driver door harness         |
|  RR WINDOW UP/DN|yel/blu - yel       |A  |driver door harness         |

As far as the windows go, you must get a window module for them to operate via remote control to go down when armed or go up with an AUX channel off the AM777. The starter disable you can use this diagram: https://www.velocitymotorsport.com/images/install_notes/010.jpg

My '97 Accord was the firs alarm I ever did...since then, I've not seen any car like it.

The lock/unlock wires are actually conveniently located high in the driver's kick area...there is a 2-wire plug there that looks like it's waiting on the "factory keyless entry" module to be plugged right in...

And their is no dome light wire to catch.  You gotta hit those door trigger wires in that large harness to the right of the steering column.

And the ASTRA777 is a cool ass, value-packed alarm...where'd you pick it up from and for how much...as a "shop", we sell that bad boy for $229 installed...not a bad deal for an alarm with 2-way paging--especially when you looke a the price of the mainstream DEI and Compustar 2-way options.

if you have any specific questions about the car or the alarm, hit us up at SouthSideAudio@gmail.com

oh yeah, I did my starter kill up under the hood.  helps if you have the starter kill socket, too....makes wiring up starter kill a thoughtless process (i suppose after you do it without the socket a few times, it becomes a thoughtless process as well).
