I think i put the Dome SUpervision output directly into the dome light circuit, is the unit fried or could that just make somethings not work or cook the feature of window roll up and door locks or could i disconnect it and it solves the problem...?

The domelight supervision wire is NOT meant to directly wire into the domelight circuit. It only provides a low current enough to power a relay. If it is no longer working you may have indeed fried it.

Ok i noticed the smelling of something cooked in my brain of my Megatronix 3700, 2 resisters look to have been over heated, you think they might possibly still work, or do i need to replace them, they seem like they would still work. thanks, final post also thank you for everything
