I ran across this web page EWSIIpertaining to a 95' bmw 318, does anyone know if this problem carried over to the 96' 325 model aswell?. i have a customer whose car had problems starting before we even got it in the shop, and now after we installed a alarm/starter, the car wont start. im just trying to get as much info on this before i get the car in tomorrow and pull my hair out.

I have done a few BMW's no problem at all, if the car had problems starting before installing the remote start it is probably the ring that broke, have you check for current at the starter? to make sure that the starter is working?
