i just finished installing a viper 791vx on a 2003 highlander with two ignition wires. does it matter which wire goes first and second? diagram states that "black = ign1" but i wired it as ignition 2 and "BLACK / YELLOW = ign2" but i wired it as ignition 1. does it make any difference of me doing that? also everything is working properly but sometimes the car starts and sometimes it won't. i learned the tach and bypass module seems to be working fine. sometimes it just keeps cranking and won't start. other times it starts up fine. does the keysense wire need to be connected because i didn't. thanks guys...

Doesn't really matter as long as they get hooked up to the correct wire. They just need to be powered at the same time.
