I need alot of help with an alarm/starter install on a 1995 Blazer...Does anyone have a WIRING DIAGRAM? I seen one on here for a 96 Blazer is it just the same?? I have never installed an alarm or a remote starter. I seem to be confused on a few things with it..It's is a vampire 4040 I think it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! I can't find where a few wires are located or the colors of them....Anyone have any pointers on this....Please help!!! I work on motorcycles and figured I could do this but I'm having problems with it.....
I feel dumb....I found the wiring diagram for it on here...Anyone have any pointers though?
it farely easy what you do is find your wires, dont cut them exept the starter wire if you have starter kill. and what you do is peel back like a 1/4 inch of wire exposing the iwre from outer casing. take something pointed and make ahole in the middle of the wire so that when you take designated wire from alarm and stick the wire through hole and than rap it around. for door locks is simple a negative type of door locks your alarm puts it out what you do is connect it lock to lock wire and unlock to unlock wire. after you connect everything else. door locks last hardes thing now if you have a starter kill what you do is take pin 87a and connect it to switch side of starter wire and pin 30 to motor side of starter wire . than connect pin 86 along with the the ignition one wire and the ignition wire from alarm if it has two and than connect them to the ignition wire one of key cylinder. if the remote start has a relay satelite harness than you will have one ignition wire from the alarm , one from relay harness and the 86pined wire from starter kill wire all connected to the same ignition wire. so connect the biggest (best guage) to wire and branch off of that so you dont have to much confussion. than do the same thing for each wire pin 85 of starter kill connects to negative output of alarm.
now about your door locks if you alarm puts out possitive triggers dont worry cuase one wire will be poss and the other will be negative. so connect the lock from alarm to lock of car adn do the same for unlock if the doors dont lock and unlock than switch wires and try again cause like i said when one side puts out possitve and the other is negative.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.

Notes:
*1 Also found at the TRW keyless entry module mounted to the under dash panel on drivers side. With the module unplugged, the drivers door lock will no longer function. *2 This wire catches all doors, but reads the delay. To keep the alarm from reading the delay, place a diode in-line on the white door trigger wire with the anode towards the keyless module. Attach your door trigger wire to the cathode side of the diode. On non-keyless models there is a module with 5 wires located where the keyless normally resides. The white wire there catches only the front two doors. To catch the rear doors use the white wire at the drivers side rear pin switch.
