I purchase a Directed 562T car starter from https://www.autopreservers.com to install on a 2000 Monte Carlo SS. This was my first car starter that I have ever installed. I called autopreservers on the phone to place the order and to see what else I would need for this install. I talked to Doug and he told me a few things that I would need and once I would place the order on their website, that he would look up my car to see what else I would need and send it along with the kit, this way I would have everything I needed for the install. Everything arrived at my house in 2 days with free shipping. They also included a sheet with my cars wire scheme along with notes on the sheet about the different relays that needed to be installed on my car, plus highlighted the wires that I would need to look at for my install. This was very helpfull and made it alot easier for me.

Now I know that I am a novice doing this install, but the manufacturers directions did not seem very clear to me. I got started on the install and after the first couple of wires, a few things seemed unclear. Before I went much futher, I emailed Doug about a few questions that I had. He got back to me right away with the answers that I needed. To make a long story short, Doug and I emailed back and forth about a dozen times over the weekend. Every question that I had, he had the answer that fit my car. He didn't just give me a quick answer, he went into in depth explanation so that I understood. He was very patient with me and really went out of his way to help me on this install.

I have the remote starter installed and working thanks to his help and support. I cannot say enough how happy I am that I bought this unit from his company. Their support was top notch and Dougs expertise was absolutely fantastic.

I erased 4 different messages before thinking of that one. I thought about it and I didn't want to comment on it. Even now i am having to refrain from commenting I gotta get out of here before I cant help myself anymore...Its just too tempting.
