Is there a factory starter disable on the 93 Nissan 300ZX convertibles? I'm doind some work to one (removing a Viper 500HF...per customers request) and the alarm keeps going off constantly and the car wont start. The car ran fine yesterday until I parked it. I opened the door today and the horn(alarm) goes off and wont stop...even after disconneting the battery for a while. There are no key fobs, except for the Viper. I began disconnecting the viper..only to realize that the owner, fed up already, had long since cut the siren!
I have no idea how this setup works. Before i finish pulling the viper system, I'm wondering if it has an igntion switch problem. Is there a way i can bypass the factory system to see if the car will start to find out if the switch is bad?
I really need some help on this!

If there is a factory alarm, the module is located behind the glove box.

Sound Pressure
You know you have the right amount of pressure when your eyes start to water! Now you've got Juice!
I would make sure that the transmitters are programmed the same. Sometimes either button #1 or button#2 will disarm the system. I would also make sure that there isn't any interference with the alarm brain. Sometimes the location can be bad.

My Personal Installer Note: Connectors are easy, neat, and professional. But do you know how to crimp properly?
My advice to you is to check under the streering column. Check to see if there is a relay, if so that's whats
doing the killing, you should also check the relay itself, it is possible it went bad, let me know.
