My friends are going on a road trip this summer across the country. Their vehicle of choice is a short bus. They want a simple alarm on it, so I offered my knowledge and labor as a "donation". All I need is basically a shock sensor and triggers for the doors and windows. I will need 7 triggers to cover the windows and doors. I know that I will have to drill holes to accomadate all this. My question is whether or not i can splice off the existing door trigger outputs from the alarm and connect the wires to all 7 triggers. Can I do this or do i need some special alarm that has 7 trigger outputs?

Thanks,

Dyer

Piggyback the trigger points is no problem at all. You can use door pin switches attached to the top of the windows so they depress when the windows are up.

Great! Do you know of any low dollar alarms. All I need is one that can do the door triggers and shock sensor. Nothing else matters. I would like to stay under 50 dollars.

thanks for your help,
