Im rying to add aremote start to a 2000 chevy 2500 pickup and i am having trouble finding where and what color this wire is. I would just test for it but am not sure what my meter should read if i find it.
Any input would be awesome since i'm at a loss.

Plug on back of instrument cluster... dark blue, negative. Tach is white on the same connector.
