Anyone know anything about this? It is VVERY DIFFERENT from PASSLOCK III Plus and most others as it seems to CHANGE resistance/codes. Made by DELPHI and complete unit will unplug. Any permenant bypass known???

Not aware of anything different than:
GM Passkey 3 Transponder Immobilizer Overrride & GM Passlock 2 Immobilizer Override via data bus

From what I'm showing the Cadillac CTS uses PassKey III which can be bypassed with a PKG 4, PKG 5, or a GMBP bypass. The passkey wires should be violet (2), orange, black, and pink. Are these what your showing or something different?

posted_image Yes they are but DEI didn't show it needed anything but a 555U or I would have had a 456G and a 555G on standby. I usually do my own WRAP the Key and use a relay but the Transponder in this unit is Quite different. It CHANGES Code and resistance ever so often. What I am looking for is a way to bypass the DELPHI transponder unit (like where it plugs in) for an emergency (Damn I don't have a correct bypass module in stock and already have the car here) bypass. I hate it when sales doesn't check the charts for the needed bypass (in this case the WRONG bypass was listed anyhow) and we have to take the blame posted_image (SALES: "Oh the installer didn't have the right module for your vehicle in stock."). I don't like to permenantly bypass the KEY SECURITY but it has been done a lot.posted_image I worked for C & A Controls for 8 years (They built LAZY START and others for several brands) and gained a lot of experience in Southern Engineering "Field Fixes". This one is a little more difficult with all of the DATA interfaces.

Making your own will work fine. I mean a the universal type bypasses are no different than what you do when you use the key. I mean you are using a key and then you just transmit the signal from under the dash to the cylinder.
