On an alarm with a positive flashing light output, how do i wire parking lights on a 2002 Dodge Ram? Do I use a relay along with correct resistor? And if so, how is the relay and resistor wired to the the wire at the switch?

you can do that or there is a black / YELLOW wire in the big harness going out to the firewall . you will have to dig thru a lot of wires but you can tap this directly. the other way you mentioned is at the switch with a 330 ohm resistor to ground.
