I installed a remote start on a 98 Mazda Millenia. When using the remote start, after sitting a couple hours not being used, there is no response when trying to start with the remote. If it is started with the key and ran for a couple minutes, the remote start works fine. I have installed 3 different brand remote starters in this vehicle and all have the same result. Owner also installed a new battery to see if maybe that was the problem.   Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I'm thinking maybe it has a sleep mode as seen in some ford vehicles. Any help is greatly appreciated.
