anyone ever had this happen i put a r/s in a 03 ram it works perfect however if ya leave the vehicle for say 20 mins and try to start it won't stay runnin i noticed that the security light does some weird things it doesn't always go off when remote started any suggestions?

you may have a dodge security system.  if you do you will have a grey ign key.

i'm thinkin it has sumthin to do with the disarm wire i used 1.5 k on the wire anyone else have a different value??

 Disarm/unlock is negative trigger thru a 480 ohm resistor. Single pulse will do disarm without unlocking the doors. Unlock requires a double pulse. MUST use relays.

Yes, MUST USE RELAY. The 250 ma output from the RS is not strong enough especially witht he resistors. Should solve your problems.
