Subject: no power to door locks with key out

Installed an alarm on a 2002 Galant.  When i got done i noticed that the door locks and parking lights and hazzard lights don't work unless i have the key in the on position.  They don't work when the key is out.. It was working fine before.  I checked fuses and everythings fine.. I just can't see why they'd work with the key in and not without it... I checked the constant 12v wire to the key and it has power.. Have no clue what's going on or what i should do.. Any help asap would be appreciated.. Thanks

POWER UNLOCKlt. GREEN/ red-either kick panel or *1

NOTE:  *1 The door lock wires are in a black plug behind the fuse box, above a green module.

put ground to metal bracket... pretty sure i have correct door locks wires cause it'll lock and unlock if i hold the buttons on remotes down with key in on position..  If i take the key out of ignition the buttons on door won't work.. but if i have the key in the on position  button on door work

have main power to alarm hooked up to 12v constant at key(blue / YELLOW wire).. even when i disconnect the alarm from it's harnesses, the door locks buttons on the doors of the car only work when the key is in the on position.. doesn't work if you take the key out.. also the dome light only work when the key is in the on position.. i only cut the wire to the starter to put in the kill relay..   I mean the alarm connections shouldn't be the problem cause when i disconnect the alarm from it's harnesses the wires are only tapping into the cars wires..

the radio also loses it's memory when i take the key out.. seems like there's no constant 12v when i take key out.. but the constant 12v wire to key does have power when key is out

yep did that.. only fuse i found that was blown was the dome light fuse.. but don't see why that'd have anything to do with door locks
