Does this R/S kit have an input wire so that I can use it with another alarm previously installed? I'd like to connect it to one of the outputs of the viper 800 esp I have on my truck so I could trigger the R/S with the same remote.

I've tried looking at the install manual, which lists a WHITE/ blue wire as an activation input(-) but there is nothing else listed about it in the manual. Would this be the correct wire?

Is there a better way to R/S to this alarm? Getting cold around these parts.

Thanks

that's the one. There is also a sensor shunt wire on the 800 esp you can hook up the blue/black from the 369d to it to bypass the shock sensor while remote starting (cool feature)

My truck is a 2000 f150. Will I also need one of those pats bypass modules? How does that connect to the rattler? I see nothing about it in the install manual.

Is it worth the extra money to get the pats bypass or is the pats system worthless?
