Hey guys,

Well i've noticed that some remote starts need to see a negative when remote started at keysense... i was wondering..

1. what does it actually do
2. how do you meter it
3. when is it needed(besides when stated by directwire)

it is the wire that will show negative when the key is in the ignition. Some vehicles require you to hook this up because of their lack of a neutral safety switch (older s10s and 2.5liter dodge dakotas) I beleive some toyotas use it as a security disarm
