installing autostart alarm on 97 rodeo that comes with window kit where you can let windows up and down with remote. They also go up when alarm is armed. I was wondering since you can control all windows through drivers switch panel, shouldn't I be able to connect the module where it will controll all windows through this one harness? if so how?

thanks

the only problem i see with that is usually (i believe this is true) the window module works on resistance so when it feels the motor starting to bog down (window is all the way up or down) it shuts off so if all your windows stop at the same time rather then smaller windows rolling up first the module will stop when the first window stops possibly leaving the other windows not rolled up all the way

A lot of the time you CAN grab all the window wires in the driver door. Or you can run JUST the driver door wires into the driver door, and catch the rest in the drivers kick panel. I'm not sure on the rodeo if you HAVE to go into each door or if you can get away with the above. Also note you will need a module that is designed to do 4 windows up and down in order to do this.
