I have a street rod with power windows and the switches are out of a GM car. Two switches on the driver door and one switch on the passenger door. When I push the passenger window switch to make the window go down on the driver door side, the window goes up,  and vice versa, it is just the opposite of what it should. It works fine from the passenger door switch. What wire(s) need to be changed to make this work correct?

What does the passenger's switch do? If the switch on the passenger's door acts normal then switch the motor wires at the driver's switch. If it does the same then switch the motor wires at the window motor.

The switch on the passenger side works normal and when you say switch the wires on the drivers switch, I am not sure which wire goes where as there are numerous wires coming out of thew switch.

You need to switch the wire that show +12 volts when the window goes up and the wire that shows +12 volts when the window goes down. You will need to test these wires. You might also be able to just flip the switch over?

I tried flipping the switch over but then it did not fit in thecontrol. I will check the switch with my VOM and switch the wires.  Thanks
