im thinking about just buying a cheap remote start only system untill i can afford one of the 2way clifford systems. the wiring chart for my 97 cheve cavalier says my car has 3 ign wires. the cheap remote start system only has 2 ign wire slots. will it work? and what is the diff between the different ignition wires? i know that its pittiful but ive got to learn so how.

You've started 4 topics about this same question within a HALF AN HOUR. This is annoying and unnecessary.

Your cavalier has 2 ignitions (pink & white) and 2 accessories (orange & brown). You should only NEED to power up the ign 1 (pink), ign 2 (white), and acc 1 (orange). The difference between the ignition wires is just that they power different modules and components. Rather than 1 wire at 40 amps they may put them on seperate circuits at 20 amps a piece (just an example).
