I have a Stinger SR200 200 amp relay, will this work for a remote power shut off? can it handle the current to serve as a power shut off to the starter?

Standard 20/30amp should do fine. Unless your trying to cut the power from the battery to the starter (0/0 guage wire) and not just from the ign key to the starter/bendix wire (10+/- guage).
If cutting the main power was your idea you might wanna consider just cutting fuel pump.

Just $.02

yea on my car its about 4 gauge wire to the starter and yea thats the one I was talking about...

See what I'm tryin to do is turn my car into push button start setup..I'm goin to remove the igniton key from the steering column and all that..for security purposes I was going to wire it to my alarm where as the start button would not be energized unless the alarm(Clifford Milenia) is disarmed..but as another kill switch for when I park the car for longer periods of time I was going to use a keyed switch to turn this Stinger relay on/off to cut the power to the starter
