Is there a way to adjust the output time on these 2 aux channels or do I have to goto the dealer to have this done? I really hope I dont have to goto the dealer because I think the closest one to me is like 2 or so hours away.

I just had a similar issue on a 03 F350 with the wait to start wire. Even though the brain has a built in timer, it could only be changed by using the dealer only programming tool. I think a trip to a authorized dealer who has this tool is in order. A side note here, the only dealer with this tool on Vancouver Island (a big box store) would not let us use this tool, rent this tool nor would they work on the customers vehicle when he inquired about it and offered to pay for the service. Find a authorized dealer that is willing to help you.
