- #3 Where’s the best place to mount the relays?

- Yes.
- Will depend on what you see when you pop the doors.
- Strong connections, good routing, staying away from power windows...

No, you will have to run wires into the doors.
It depends-- if one side of the switch goes to ground when
the switch is pressed and its thing gauge wire, you might get away just hooking it up. Most of the rest of the time, you'll need a relay. Common configurations are found on this site under relays on the left (under basics).

Cool ;; The Alarm I have has 2 light flashing wires coming out of it RT LT sides, the diagram has them going to the turn signal blubs RT LT sides Positive, rated 5a each, Can I / Do I connect one or both wires to the pos+side of the parking lights? Can I use one for parking and the other for for head light ? Thanks Mark

Yes to the first question. That's what they're for. I would not hook up my head lights in this context:
A) Head lights drain the battery quicker.
B) Head lights are more expensive to replace when you're flashing them all the time...
But of course, your mileage may vary. Make sure you find a wire that goes positive to activate the headlights....

Lets see if i understand, Don't connect the head lights to the flashing fetcher. So do i connect both wires to the parking lights or just one and use the other one for a norther fetcher. Thank for sticking in here with me. got to get to work , Mark

I'm not sure what a norther fetcher (or any sort of fetcher) is. I think yes.

Let me try it with spell check Lets see if i understand, Don't connect the head lights to the flashing feature for lots of reasons!! So should I connect both wires to the parking lights?. or can I connect one (5amp) wire to the parking lights and use the other wire for a different feature? will 1 5amp+ wire handel flashing the parking lights?? That looks & sounds better!!! Mark

Almost certainly. The wire that you're finding underneath the dash is probably a thin gauge low current wire that just turns on a relay to turn on the parking lights...
Don't worry too much about not hooking up the other wire. There are going to be lots of wires you don't hook up.
