As much information that I have access to, this is not a wiring table that I could find?!

I think that the wiring might be the same as an LTD. Guess you can try a few wires from the chart to see if they match up. Wire Diagram for an 82 Ford LTD If they don't then I guess you'll have to rely solely on your DMM and test light.

As you may have noticed, I'm new at this, the reason that I ask is I'm wondering if a starter can go into this vehicle? (carburated)...

Ooohhh.. w/ no foot on the accelerator to kick in the choke, how're you going to keep the idle from creeping up?

AutoCommand advertises a "Carburetor kit"-- I have no clue what that entails.
