I am currently installing a Omega Max Alarm with the Echo System in a 2001 S-10.  Everything has gone spectacular up until this point.  This point being... the dome light supervsion wire.  The installation manual says that you have to find out whether the dome light is negative or positive switching and set the smart trigger jumper on the alarm brain.  I guess I'm not sure how to find out which my truck is.  Then theres a GREEN/ violet wire and BLACK/ red wire.  Where do these two wires run?

If someone could please help with these two questions I'll be all set to go.

Thanks... Mike Premise.

Okay, I read the install notes in the link you sent.  Do my dome supervisions go to the door trigger then?  And, it says it needs to be diode isolated...

I found some more information.  I need the two door pin wires from the BCM with diodes.  This goes to the Smart Trigger of my Omega...  Correct?
