i'm going do install remote starter for an accord 95, do i need to bypass the factory security system or not?

I believe that accord didn't have bypass until 98's.  If you can start the vehicle with a plain metal key, then no you don't need a bypass.

In addition to not having an immobilizer (most certainly), I believe that the accord did not have factory security until later also. The dealer may have installed one, but that you should take out when you're installing yours...
