My Alarm has a mainframe antenna, the installation instruction state to install it at the upper left part

of the front windshield, it shows 4in from the ceiling and 4in from the middle of the drivers side

window .it looks like it mounted on the windshield.?

Is this the best place to install it ?? /// Were would you in stall it??

If they told you to install it there, i bet thats the best place for it. I normally mount them in the center, around the rear view, unless there is that little sun grid.
