I’m wondering if I could hook up an add-on timer such as the DEI 556T digital timer to my Bulldog remote starter (RS102E). I heard that the timer requires a (-) activation input on the remote start unit.
Does this remote start unit have that input? There are five wires labeled “not used” in the owner’s manual. Maybe one of these is the wire I need? There is also a “(-) Aux. Alarm channel input” I’m guessing that is something different. Thanks for your help.

I'm guessing the "not used" wires on that alarm don't connect to anything in the brain. Again, I'm guessing, but I think they probably use the same harness for many of their brains.
I checked out the manual, and they don't have the wire you'd need. There's no obvious way to remote start that unit except w/ the remotes. If you're feeling particularly adventuresome, you can take your remote apart and figure out how to make it send the "start" signal, and then wire up a combination of relays to make that happen inside the car...
