This car currently has a factory security system. I was not even able to get to the remote start portion as the info I had for this vehicle was not accurate. I had the info from DEI. I thought this vehiclearm/disarmed with the lock/unlock wire. The wires in the ignition harness was correct. This vehicle has progressive door locks. The documents I have say this is a single wire system, so I am confused how the viper alarm can do passenger door unlock on the second pulse if I am only tapping one wire. Below is the info I have:

Wire                                                          Remarks

door trigger                                             There were four light green wires in the large harness going to the rear of the vehicle and none was the trigger

lock/unlock                                               blue/orange in the passenger door harness - I could not find this wire, but I think I was frustrated at that point

Dome light supervison                          No clue where this wire is located

Trunk/hatch release                               My document said it was PURPLE / white, but I traced it and found it was BROWN / white.

These are the wires I could not accurately find. So any help would be appreciated. Should I use the ground when armed output wire from the alarm to the keysense wire or should I use the factory alarm disarm wire? Sorry for the long post, but I spent alot of hours on this vehicle and I am still not finished.

Hey thanks.... I notice the keysense wire is positive...so do I have to change the polarity from the alarm since the the disarm output is negative?

You have to use a universal type bypass module for this vehicle.

Thanks everyone for the info, but I still would like to know how I can have the Viper unlock the driver door on first pulse and then the passenger doors on the second pulse. I am not sure since the unlocking/locking function you are only required to tap one wire. I know the viper has this capability and the car has the capability since the factory security system has that feature. Basically I am looking for a driver door unlock wire only. Any suggestions?
