i'm almost done , installing my alarm / rs, one issue, the parking lights do not flash when supposed to . i have a positive feed coming from the brain unit of alarm. the diagram for my car ( 2001 honda civic) shows

parking light (-)   blue    factory alarm plug (easy to get to)

parking light (+) red / black    behind fuse box  (very hard to get to, also there is 4 red / black wires)

i've hooked up my feed to the blue wire and nothing happens, so i'm assuming i need to use the other, but it is so difficult to reach. I was wondering if i could use a relay to reverse polarity on the blue wire ??

any ideas ??

Thanks !

you said it is a positive trigger...?well if so there is that flip down pocket to the left of steering wheel...should be one screw holding it in...behind it in a 3 wire loom ...(i think)...you will find the RED / black there...please test...if i remember there are two RED / blacks in that little loom...one is positive parking lights...
