Im installing a RS in a 2003 Lexus RX300 and was wondering if I should use the 556U or the PKT(no keyrequired)? Is the PKT hard to program, Im asking because i have had troubles with PKMIT module? Any one used this bypass?

I used the PKT in my brother's Rx300.  It was no big deal to install or program.  As I recall, the instructions confused me a little bit, but nothing major.  I think I misunderstood part of the programming instructions, but in reality, it wasn't really hard to figure out at all.  Just make sure that you have all keys available to you when programming.

only one of the main keys are necassary. Can't be a valet key. It is 6 wires then programming. Press gas 6 times, brake 5 then once more ground brown wire for 1 minute and done. Don't quote me on the exact programming read the instructions but it is easy.
