Hooking up a remote starter on my 2001 GMC Sierra 1500 Pickup.

I can't find the coil or where to hook up the Tach wire on this Remote Starter, everything else was Easy.

Can you help

Tach  Signal:

 

VIOLET/WHITE

AT PLUG ABOVE VALVE COVER ON DR. SIDE

i always go to the white wire at the cluster..takes 5 minutes...

Hey all,

Got my Prostart CT-330 Installed, and of course it trys to start and dies.

Now according to everything, I need to bypass the PASSLOCK II Security.

What do I need, How do I do this.

Help, its getting cold outside :-)

555L or the GMBP.... i use both and they are super easy to install and very reliable....
