If my vehicle does not have factory power door locks and factory keyless entry, do I even need to hookup the lock input and unlock input wires?
I have added after market door locks and keyless entry, alarm and remote starter (DEI 554R).

no you shouldn't but it may depend on the type of car you have.

so just play with the power door locks.

next question, the Brown ground when running wire (on the GMDL-BP), can I hook that to the (-)mA 500 ground when armed wire?
