i try to install remote start on a MR2. everything is fine until i reach the clutch bypass. I try to install the relay, the car start fine .. then after that the alarm try to crank the car agian even though the engine are already running. I try to press the clutch switch in manually then start the car with the remote once the engine are running i let go the switch ( this is when i took out the relay already) the car idle fine.. .. Then i try pressing the clutch switch in.. start the car.. and continue holding the switch .. after the car start 10 second or so .. the alarm try to crank the car agian.. any one know how to bypass this ? please help a newbie

on the clucth switch it have only 2 wire one wire is (-) and one more wait for signal when the clucth is pesss the wait turn in (-) all you do use (-) out put from your alarm to turn on this wire you may diodes or relay

you have the alarm (tach) wire hooked up?

You didn't program the tach wire to the system properly. Make sure that the tach learning is done when the car idles at it's lowest point for best results and no overcranking. Use an injector if necessary.
