I installed a Clifford Solaris 5 on my 90 Integra (manual transmission). Now every once in a while it won't remote start. Specifically the starter doesn't try to engage. Although it starts every time with the key. While it wasn't starting remotely, I was able to test the clutch bypass relay and it was working fine. However when I put the meter on the starter side of the starter wire, it decided to start working again, so I don't know if it is the starter kill causing the problem or not.
When it does this it cycles through like it tries to start, but for some reason the starter doesn't trigger. This seems to show the problem couldn't be the hood trigger or e-brake. Anyone have any other ideas?
