i hate this brand for exactly this reason... the programming sucks... you have to be very precise in the counting sequence.... when it says hold the pin switch down for 4 seconds... it means exactly 4 seconds... etc, etc....

I KNOW I HATE IT TOO BUT I HAVE TO MAKE IT WORK BECAUSE THE STOR WHERE I BOUGHT IT FROM NOT TAKIN IT BACK BECAUSE I USED IT SO IT COAST ME $180 .
We've put these in before, very rarley did the transmitters not program up. When you plugged in the brain, did the siren go off?, and was the ant plugged in the right hole. If the siren was quite then the unit was in valet mode. You need to take it out of this mode first, then program the transmitters. We program the transmitters on the bench before starting the install, makes things easier later.
ok then i am waiting for u to tell me how u program it befor the installation that will be easier as u said.
