I am trying to install a remote starter/alarm on my 2004 GMC Sierra SLE SWB Single cab 1500 5.3 Liter.  This is the first one I have attempted to install. The question I have is on what wires do I hook to (color and location) on the truck to wire the alarm to the truck and if I need any other components to bypass the pass II factory alarm system or any other components. Any help someone could offer would be appreciated. The link to the alarm manual is

Thanks,

JG

You'll need a bypass module for the passlock II and a doorlock interface module. Here's a link for your truck's wiring.
