I just finished a rs on an 03 cavalier with passlock 2 .I dont think there is any factory alarm, but it does have keyless entry and power trunk and panic.sometimes the panic goes off with rs . Does this signify an alarm and how do i disarm on startup thanks...

the alarm can ONLY be armed or disarmed with your remote. so before you hit hte start button you have to unlock your doors to disarm it! thats the only thing you can do

Pull the fuse for the keyless entry. After that see if the power locks work form the switch. and the trunk switch and all that. If things work with out power to the keyless system you should be good to go.
