I have searched the information available on the site, but likely due to my lack of experience, I can't seem to find what I need. I just put in a prostart 5000 starter and I got a DEI 555G bypass module for the passkey 3 system (everyone here tells me that it should be a pk1 or 2 or vats system, but pk3 is stamped on the keys). The DEI module requires 3 wires from the pk3 system : a data wire, a key sense wire and an imobilizer ignition feed (cut and feed to key and ecu from module). I can't see the wire colors listed in a "tube" as described by a local installer. Does anyone have a wiring diagram of what the colors are, how to test to be sure each wire is correct. Also, are the wires in the bundle with the ignition wires or in the bundle that runs along with the SIR tube? Thanks for your help. BTW, the remote start works with the key just ahead of "off" but before run.
The wiring for the PK3 system will be in their own bundle.... usually the following: Black, orange, purple, pink. They should terminate in their own connector separate from the rest of the column wiring, on the right hand side of the column. Keysense will be a light green wire in with the wiring heading towards the ignition switch itself. The PK3 wiring is usually not enclosed in any sort of tube, just bound with a wrap of tape every 3" or so.

Wherever I go, that is where I end up......
So if I understand you correctly, the keysense will be with the other ignition switch wires - light green, the pk3 wires I want to use will be in a grouping of 4 (not in tube) with the data wire being purple and the imobilizer ignition feed is the pink.
Thanks for you quick response,
