I have a  86 camaro, hooking up an alarm system with remote start should be fairly easy right? wrong!

ok first, it says hook up to ignition 1, ignition 1 again, then the ACC is this 3 diffrent inputs or do i hook  2 wires to the ignition and the 3rd to acc?

Next, i cant find my ignition harness.  If anyone knows it's location on an 1986 camaro or can get me a copy of a wiring diagram it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks guys!

" *2 Right side of console behind gear selector. If you send 12V+ to this wire the engine will crank."  (YOUR QUOTE)

so the ignition harness is located on the right side of oc console behind the gear selector?

I should have included this info the first time:

its an FM-2009 remote start & paging system. This is what the wiring instructions read:

6 pin Hi-current conectors:

Red: +12v input

Red: +12v input

Brown: ignition 1 (secondary ignition 1 output) *1

Yellow: Ignition1 (primary ing output and alarm input for ign "on")*2

Orange: Accessory

Purple: Starter Output

Notes:  *1 where is it's location *2 is this the same thing?

Your ignition wires are located in the steering wheel column going down into the driver's dash area. You will have to remove the lower portion of the driver's dash and follow the wires going down along side the steering column from the key cylinder.  All of the above wires from the wiring diagram will be located here for the engine starter. The *2 note is for the TRUNK RELEASE only and is only a warning to installer's that it is a (-) trigger not a (+) one and if a (+) is used it will crank the engine, but not start it.
