I have a 1990 honda accord with after market starter/alarm/keyless entry (don't know what kind)
got the car over a year ago and everything always worked fine

last week the battery died. I got a boost and all seemed okay.
But then the remote starter started to act up
first the arming and disarming (and starting) was no longer audible. Still worked, but there was no beep.
Then the alarm became overly sensitive.
After a while it would go off everytime I touched the break and I could disarm only to the point of turning off the siren. Next time I touch the brake it goes off again. So I tried to reset by unplugging the fuse. This reset the alarm (wasn't going off anymore), but now the remote control doesn't work at all.

Any way for me to reset everything and get her back up and running?

The control doesn't say anything on it.
I've looked at the starter itself and I don't see anything to identify it either.
It is in an awkward spot so it is hard to see

Try https://www.remotesunlimited.com/, type in fcc code on back of remote, it'll show you who manufactured it.
