Hello, I have a 92 park ave with a remote starter installed. I have permanently wired a resistor to disable the VATS and the system starts fine except when I lock the car doors via elect locks or factory keyless entry. The factory alarm enables thus not alowing me to remote start plus the horn honks and the lights flash. manually locking the doors is a pain. I have been leaving my car unlocked for the time being. Is there a way to disable the factory alarm when i initiate a remote start? Any help would be great. Thanks,

There should be a Lt.green wire in the drivers kick, its a Neg(-) trigger. Should disarm you factory security

Trigger this wire BEFORE you remote start

I will check it out. There sure is a million wires in that kick panel! and a pain to reach too!. Thanks for the input.
