HEllo all its been awhile since I have done car security as I do Custom home audio now. I am adding a remote start with keyless entry to my sister inlaws GMC suburban and not sure on the doorlock wiring.

I have found in some sites to use + pulse to lock and unlock but remember reversing polarity on some gm's as well as - pulse.

Not sure where to go on this one

Thanks for any help

Go here to designtech website https://www.designtech-intl.com/Content/techsupport/wirecolors/VehicleDetail?modelID=608

That should take you to your truck  check the notes at the bottom of the page.  Then go to the document section and find the note # to check out the diagram.

Thanks for the help guys, I got it all up and running this afternoon. the light flash out from the starter was a negative, so I used a relay to convert to posituve and now it doesnt work. It did have a negative out when active so I used that to power the parking lights
