I have installed a few remote starters, never installed a bypass ( in this case passlock 2) but I am now forced to learn.   I have ign 1,2,3 (ign 3 being for hvac) and acc to control and I have to send a signal to this bypass.  This is an RS900VII crime stopper.  It seems if it were not for the bypass signal I would have enough contolled outputs.  Can I just tee off of ign 1 for the bypass enable signal?

You could split off the ign2 wire from the alarm unit  and diode isolate going to ign 2 in car and bypass

-ignition 3 from the alarm unit, it has a current of 200mA(or more) (-). its fine that youre using for the passlock 2.

-if you have another wire that shows (-) when RS, you can use that wire to power up ur car's ignition 3 (ur HVAC). the wire of the alarm youre looking for is something like, "status".

vice versa, you can use the status (-) 200mA for the bypass and use the ign3 for ur Igniton 3 (ur car).
