I installed a Boa 165 remote start in my 2001 Chryler Town & Country Minivan but the remote will not program. We tried all the tricks we read about here. Stand behind the car, move further away....... but nothing works. We disconnected and reconnected all the wires. All the connections test for the correct voltage and all the grounds are secure. The fuse is fine. Any tips for troubleshooting. The service department where it was purchased said if we bring it to them, they can force the codes?

Try replacing the battery in the remote. I bought the BOA 265b and couldn't get it to program, i called tech support and they told me to replace the battery. I did and if finally programed
