just had a customer call and ask about an alarm

i have look, and look to no avail

can anyone help me out?

i need the install and owners guide for the alarm. or atleast the owners/programing guide. thanks in advance for the time

I don't mean to be an ass here, but you did state customer. In that case, you don't sound like a Clifford dealer and in no way should have said anything but sorry I probably can't help you. Me giving you information in order to help you out is one thing but giving you information to "sell" to a customer is something completely different.

With that being said, the manuals are only available through directfax. Here are the document numbers.
